ahhhh....made it through the first week of school. man, i'm tired. good thing it was only minimum day schedule. there was so much to do. it's good feeling though to know i'm on track. my schedule worked out. have such long breaks on monday. i guess that's good. i have about 2 hours prep on mondays. kinda wish they were spread out though. need those water breaks. this year my class is pretty good. whoa, such a big difference from last year's class. all those ADHD boys last year. which reminds me... i should write jason. i miss him. he's such a sweet boy. should email his mom too. she's so cool.

this will be a busy weekend. fun, but busy. still gotta change the powerpoint slides for church sunday night. will go home soon after i get the index cards ready for tuesday's grammar lesson. ahhh, am looking forward to the weekend...

 
ahhh.... school starts tomorrow. ahhhh.... here i am sitting in my classroom. have all my materials ready, my classroom is clean, everything is organized the way i want it. still feel apprehensive. after last year's class, i should be ready for anything. but here i am sitting in my classroom, not sure if i should go home and relax (one last time!) or hang out here and sit and think and get ready for the weeks ahead. lessons are prepared this week. the whole month is already mapped out. i could study though. hmmm...

went out to lunch with meg, mom, lucia, lilly, and betty. went to jessica leung's mom's restaurant dai-ten on webster and 19th. jessica's mom treated us and she gave us a dragon roll and ice cream on top of what we ordered. the dragon roll actually had a head made to look like a dragon's. pretty cool. that was the first time i've seen that. it's interesting that her restaurant is only open mon-fri, 11:30-2:30. wow. they must get good business to be open for such a short time span. when we were there, the place was packed.

terry bought a palm pilot yesterday. ahh... so tempting. i almost bought one too, but since i'm getting the snowboard, the helmet, the boots, and the season pass and vertical plus, i must hold back. ahhh... otherwise that would be too much money spent this month. that would be way over budget. oh! and that stewardship campaign contribution is due this month too. ahhhhhh. yep, definitely can't get that palm. so close! but no. hee hee hee. oh well. it's okay. all that new snowboard stuff is much much much better. =) hee hee hee. man, i can't wait to snowboard. =) =) =) i plan to make the most of that season pass. =) woohoo!

well, should get to work again. it's good to be prepared. never know what might come up!
