my brand new toy!!!

ahhhhh!!!!!!! =)

plus it came with a free stand, bench, and pedal. guitar center is the coolest.

you should have seen the sales guy travis and my neighbor joe trying to cram that huge thing in my little civic. it's even bigger than my roland keyboard. joe had to squish in the back seat with the keyboard practically on top of him all the way home from concord. can't wait to play with my new toy!!! have to finish report cards first. =(

this weekend i had the privilege of housesitting again for a couple of friends. i love housesitting for them. it's so relaxing and i love having my own space... no interruptions, just peace and quiet... kind of like a getaway that's not so far away. best of all, i can play on their baby grand all night. =)

i do have some company while i'm there-- their cool dog, Kali. she's great. took her for a walk yesterday. she started out all hyper, but after an hour, i almost had to tug her to come back to the house. when we got back, she sprawled herself on the floor. funny.

hey, did i ever tell you about my trip to florida a few summers ago? i went with 3 of my sisters. at disneyworld, we took pictures with some of the characters. i thought the tigger there was a bit flirtatious... and a bit perverted. he wouldn't let go of me. it's a bit hard to explain... ask meredith, she'll tell you. anyways, when i came home tonight, meredith told me that the tigger from disneyworld got fired for groping a mom and her daughter. we think it's the same tigger. i have a picture to prove it... but eh, he just looks like tigger. well, moral of the story: just because you wear a suit, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. second moral of the story: don't trust any character that isn't wearing clothes.
