I know it's been a while since I've updated. Here's the lowdown:

Wedding plans
We've gotten most of the details down. Still need to find a florist and get the bridesmaid dresses. I know exactly what I want. Just to need to find it and in the right color.

Counseling
Steve and I are doing pre-marital counseling with Steve's pastor, Pastor Henry. We started the counseling in August and will be done in February. It's actually very fun. Pastor Henry is very cool. Not only have I been learning more about Steve, but am also learning more about myself. It's quite a humbling experience.

Work
Teaching this year has been okay. The parents this year are super helpful. Very supportive. Always around. Very generous also. Am still deciding what to do about next year. Commute time will be at least an hour each way.

Christmas
Waited until the last minute to buy gifts. This was the first year that I had to deliver presents because of my lateness. Honestly, still need to buy one more present. This was my last Christmas living in this house. It's a bit sad, but am looking forward to next Christmas, being able to spend it in my very own place with a new husband. Ahhh... So many changes. Resolutions
Steve is such a prayer warrior. That's one of the things that attracted me to him. He's been encouraging me to spend more time in prayer. When things come up, I think I tend to talk more to people rather than talk to God. Lately, I've really been burdened to develop a stronger prayer life and to go to God first, instead of to people. I want to be more diligent and consistent in that respect.

Family
My family is great. More and more I am appreciating each moment that I spend with them, especially since I'll be moving 30 miles away in a few months. Here are some great memories from Christmas Eve/early Christmas morning:
